Safe, exciting adventure play area for children to enjoy. Lots of varied activities. Great place for entertaining the kids on a rainy day.

Unfortunately we were unable to take part in a handling session as there were too many schools in. It would be better if they had a booking system so that you don’t have a disappointed 4year old . Many of the enclosures are too high for children to see in . Most of the invertebrates and small amphibians are hidden . The nocturnal room is totally dark so impossible to see anything.

I bought a voucher for Amazonia & thank goodness I did as wasn’t even worth the discounted price. Very little to see for prices charged

I thought that the environment that many of the animals were kept in was totally inadequate for their needs. Birds kept in cramped cages to name but one. Felt very sorry for the animals.

Great because of itison price! Plenty to do . Only gripe was arrived at 1.25 and was told admissions were on the hour! Not ideal with 2 kids desperate to play!

Enjoyed our visit with our granddaughter. Wasn’t much to see but we enjoyed it. M&Ds is very run down on the outside but a bit better once you get inside

The venue is dated with not many animals on show, my boys took about 5 mins to whisk round the place, at a push if you took your time you could be here for 30 minutes. The handling session was pretty decent and made the visit worthwhile getting to hold a tortise, snake and cockroach, worth paying the extra for this.
