Treatments are available 10am - 6pm.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.

Use of the leisure facilities are available from 3pm on day of check-in - 11am on day of check-out; pre-booking is required. A supplementary charge of £10pppd will be required for use out with these times.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
