Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Feb 2024 until Fri 21 Jun 2024, Tue 11am, 1.30pm & 3.15pm and Wed - Thu & Sat 1.30pm & 3.15pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Mon, Fri & Sun.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Recommended for 0-7 yrs old.
Duration approx. 1hrs 15 mins inc interactive storytelling.
Option 2: Includes a choice of hot drink per adult.
Snacks are permitted but not provided. Food is not permitted within the play area.
Option 3&4: Other sessions in block must be booked at the same time as the first session or when attending the first session.
Max of 12 people per group/activity.
Limited indoor space for prams and pushchairs, however there is a covered area off the pavement.
Socks must be worn in the Play Village at all times.
Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
