Perfect stay, lovely room gorgeous linen and spectacular views across to the sounds of Mull.
Ordered a curry which was vile and inedible I sent it back but the waitress Maria just shrugged her shoulders. The other waiter avoided us the rest of the evening leaving us without dessert orders etc.
There did not seem to be anyone in charge in the dinning room a pity really as the breakfasts were wonderful with so much variety, just as well as I was really hungry next morning..

Nice hotel, food lovely, nice bar and restaurant area. Heatimg should be controlled in the room by guests not controlled by reception as our room was cold. Heating on during night when don't need it but not on during day!

Booked on a deal for a 2 night stay, £50 food voucher for dinner and a bottle of wine on arrival. This was exceptional value for money. The hotel is lovely and very clean. The staff were all great, very friendly and professional. Only slight niggle was the buffet style hot breakfast, although having said that there was an abundance of choice and it certainly didn’t detract from what was a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has fantastic views over the bay. The restaurant which has a good choice menu and well stockwd bar are well situated to enjoy the view.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful .
The only downside was the ensuite shower which although staff tried to rectify the problem was either luke warm or cold.
This however did not spoil the overall experience.

Lovely location with stunning views from restaurant. Nice room, only fault was faulty temp control on shower and a very soft mattress topper. Buffet breakfast was slightly disappointing, expected better quality, to match views. Staff were helpful. Reasonable value for what we paid.

This was a truly beautiful hotel full of character. The views from the hotel were stunning, the accomodation was warm, welcoming & very comfortable. The staff were all so nice & very attentive. The food was a gastronomical delight & the huge variety of food at breakfast was superb. I did not want to leave & almost wished the weather would change so I can stay longer on the island. One of my best experiences of a short break & one that I hope to do again. It was a Scottish paradise

Positives
Friendly staff
Great view from dining area
Modern bathroom in room and comfy bed
Dinner was excellent
Negatives
Room cold, finally resolved on 2nd day after trying to sort it out on day 1 -
Buffet Breakfast would benefit from a heated plate dispenser, food quickly went cold, on a cold plate.
Housekeeping left used towels and bedding in top floor corridor. (Appreciate short of staff but not a good impression) A quick walk round by management, once a day would have picked this up
