The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The location is a bit far out of the city center for people who don't drive.
The food was lovely.
They gave a welcome pack on arrival which was a great touch and a bottle of wine.
The welcome pack was very Scottish themed, which is brilliant, however the food at breakfast wasn't. No square sausage or the famous tattie scone nor any black or fruit pudding. The food offered was lovely and cooked perfectly, but the choice was limited and lacked pur Scottish character.
There's a pool onsite to enjoy also.
Room was cosy, bed was comfortable, shower was powerful. Floors creaky and walls thin, I could hear next door talking but only when in the toilet.
Overall a great 2nts, would go back if the itson deal came up again.
Itd be good if pets were allowed.

Decent hotel, decent rooms, decent bar/ restaurant, probably on par with Premier Inn,s., msybe shades it due to adjoining swimming pool / spa area.

The hotel facilities were good ie swimming pool it was a shame the jacuzzi wasn't working, the food menu was varied if not a little expensive for the size of the fish on my dinner plate overall we enjoyed our experience and would stay again, finally the bed mattress was amazing the best 2nts sleep 😴 I've had in a long time.

Despite the grey exterior, the hotel is clean and comfy. Some of the rooms could do with some upgrading but we felt it was good value. The recptionist was friendly and the spa staff helpful. The swimming pool and leisure facilties are excellent.
Breakfast was excellent too. Only suggestion would be for more plant-based food.
My only complaint is the booking process, done with the Itison voucher. We were required to call a central booking centre, somewhere in the world with a woman whose English was very good on a line that was very faint. We got no e-mail confirmation. I had to chase this up and eventually was put through to the receptionist in Inverness who was clear and helpful. Leonardo should improve their booking process.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting!
The key cards never worked and we were constantly at reception asking for them to be fixed.
One of our rooms the door was broken and wouldn’t close properly and we had to be moved.
There is mould around the bathroom taps, stains on the carpet, marks on the curtains and cracks in the doors!
Bar closes at 10.30pm!

Room was in fairly poor condition with chunks out of the wall and in need of being plastered, although the bed was comfortable. The food was very average, breakfast buffet items had clearly been left out for a while, had dried out and were lukewarm. Staff were very friendly and helpful though
