The Falkirk Wheel: Sessions available at 10:30am, 12:30pm and 2:30pm.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Online bookings only.
Once booked with the venue, booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot for safety training and equipment.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
At least one member of group must be over 18. ID will be required.
The Kelpies: Duration approx. 45 mins. Meeting point: Horse Box Cafe.
The Falkirk Wheel: Duration approx. 90 mins. Meeting point: Activity Hub.
Max of 3 people per group.
Buoyancy aids are supplied and must be worn throughout.
No experience necessary; no boat license required.
Booking may be rescheduled in extreme weather conditions.
Well-behaved dogs on leads are permitted; lifejackets for pets are not available.
No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
