It was much more than we expected it was very authentic, would be good day out for the family. Quiz handed out and a prize at the end . Volunteer people working there and were very informative. Coffee available to buy and toilets available. Also nice walks after your visit and plenty of parking.

An ideal outdoor experience for all ages. Interesting and informative without the bucketload of unnecessary add ons.
The dog loved it and so did our 9 year old granddaughter - the quiz was hard enough for us all to pay attention

Spent a couple of hours going round the “haggis “ trail . Our 2 grandchildren enjoyed the challenge and information at each of the stops

Had a great day with the grandkids!! They completed the haggis treasure hunt and learned lots without realising it. Staff were so helpful and even offered to open the gates to the fort in order to allow me to drive up as I’m disabled! Take a wee picnic and good walking shoes and have a ball !

Staff were very friendly and helpful, will be fab when project is complete and things like battering ram are restored. Was interesting and there was a good quiz for younger visitors. Not suitable for disabled visitors, lot of walking and steps
