We enjoyed our stay.
The small room was warm and comfortable with lovely fresh bedlinen. The en-suite was clean and fresh but the shower was very poor - water trickled out, even at full power. The towels were generously sized and very clean but they had seen better days. Maybe time for some new towels.
Food was nice. I had lovely mussels and hubby had a generous battered haddock and chips. Breakfast was OK
The staff are fabulous and each one of them went above and beyond to look after us. We appreciated the delivery of a cafitiere of coffee to our room, late in the evening.
We would go again but would ask for a room with a better shower.

Really friendly, welcoming and attentive service from every member of staff we encountered. Food was exceptionally good.
Only negative was that the sofa bed wasn't comfortable. I wondered if a previous guest had accidentally broken it as it was quite difficult to make the sleeping surface level.

The room was very small.. glad we didn't take the cat, as we would have been unable to swing it....could hardly get through the small folding doors into to bathroom.. nice large shower but no shower caddy... nice touch of Tunnoch caramel wafers with the tea service in room. Bed and pillows comfy. Conservatory dining room was freezing as was the lounge. Had to go back to our room it was so uncomfortably cold...I was shivering...so unable to enjoy a few drinks in there. Next morning I wore my shawl on top to breakfast.. 2 other people had their jackets on!! The food was delicious - the best breaded haddock I have had in a while. My husbands haggis/ black pudding starter and chicken, coconut and lime skewers -delicious.The Pavlova was perfect. Service was terrific in all areas, of dining and lounge, well done girls!! Pity it was so baltic as it spoiled my stay...

A great visit from beginning to end. Very friendly staff. The Apartment was a great place to stay with a dog as there was lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen, huge bed, lovely shower room. There is comfortable lounge furniture and a dining room table, should you want to cook. Alas we did not but ate in the excellent restaurant. Breakfast was part of the deal as was £40 off our food and drinks. We will return.

Although we loved the food here. Including breakfast we cannot say the same about the very small room. A very big and comfortable bed, the room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. Although the place was spotless clean. The staff were all very nice and attentive

Our voucher deal was for an overnight stay, with dinner and breakfast. Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Including tea making. We were provided with complimentary biscuits and water. The only down side of the room was the ensure is very petite, but fine for a short stay. Our evening meal was excellent and the breakfast was basic but tasty. The location amazing, staff friendly and helpful. Overall excellent value for money.
