Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Sep 2024 until Fri 29 Nov 2024; subject to availability.
Treatments can be taken Wed -Thu 10.30am - 6.30pm, Fri 9.15am - 4.30pm & Sat 9.15am - 3.30pm.
Spa is open Wed - Thu 10am - 8pm, Fri 9.15am - 7.30pm & Sat 9.15am - 4.30pm.
Excludes Sundays.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Over 16s only.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission or those who have had recent surgery in the past 6 months.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins per treatment inc consultation.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
