Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Sep 2024 until Fri 28 Nov 2025, Mon - Fri 11am - 3pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Sat - Sun.
If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
Voucher must be booked at least 4 days in advance and by Fri 14 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Online bookings only.
Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 6 / Max 20 people.
Package includes per person: afternoon tea from a set menu with tea or coffee
Table required back after 90mins.
Wheelchair access available; please note there are steps up to the restaurant, please call in advance for any accessibility requirements.
Children permitted.
A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
Advance booking is not required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
