You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Option 5: Treatment duration approx. 120 mins. You must have a patch test and consultation 48 hours before your appointment.. Under 16s must have parental permission.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
