Nice hotel, central for bars and restaurants. Wasn't impressed with the extra £40 charge if you stay on Saturday night, which with the original cost on Itison plus surcharge made the overnight stay £169. So not really a good deal, and I would not book again. Check-in was slow and is a very small area next to entrance, which meant lots of people waiting with luggage right at door, which made it difficult to keep distance, and difficult for others trying to enter or exit hotel. No extra amenities in room, which you would expect for the price, like conditioner, shower cap, slippers.
Breakfast was okay, closed at 1100am, but bacon and sausages not replenished till 1055am. ordered poached eggs and they arrived while having porridge, which was nice. Eggs cold before we could have anything to go with them.
Booked for a special occasion but only card in room saying welcome, nothing extra to mark occasion. Most hotels will usually provide something to mark an occasion, like free drink or voucher.
In conclusion, hotel did not live up to my expectations, and looked much nicer on the website. I would not stay again unless it was an exceptional deal.

Got the d/b/b voucher. The room was lovely, food was amazing! Would go back just for the restaurant. Staff were all so lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an overnight stay at The Address. It was perfect - great location, room was spotless and had everything we needed.
One tiny issue was that the shower wasn't the best - not a lot of pressure.
Would definitely return.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at The Address Glasgow and we were disappointed, the rooms were okay not overly nice just a standard room, we booked dinner and breakfast with are room. When we went to dinner we were told that there was 2 things off the menu that they had ran out of (we went to dinner at 7pm) then I had asked for a Fanta and they came back 10 minutes later and to say there was no Fanta left. We then booked the SPA at 8am the next morning, we where told that dressing gowns and slippers would come to the room the morning of and I had to phone reception to be told that they had forgotten, we then made are way to the SPA no one told us where to go and what to do, I had to go into the Restaurant to ask for help turns out they didn't give us the card for the SPA the SPA was tiny had to leave 20 minutes in as 2 other people came in and there was not enough loungers so we left. It was a good hotel but there is so many other hotels in Glasgow that are better.

I don’t think it was good value for money, the service was poor they didn’t seem to understand the itison deal and tried to charge us for things that were included. There was a dirty mark on the throw on the bed and our shower screen was off the rail when we arrived. They did fix this. The gluten free choices were poor also.

Hotel has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. First impression walking into the hotel was the friendly warm welcome from reception. Check in was fab, we arrived early & our room was ready . The room was immaculate, had an ironing board, iron, safe. Very roomy & bathroom has shower gel, shampoo, conditioner , so need to bring yours. The bar in the evening was very comfortable & relaxing. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choice & the breakfast manager was 10/10 for his warming personality & efficiency . Breakfast was a chilled out experience. Also late check out was perfect . I’m def coming back to thr hotel soon. To compare a high end hotel paying £500 per night to The Address, I would choose The Address hands down. The staff def make this an amazing experience .

We had a nice stay in Glasgow. the staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly. They responded quickly to a request to fix a TV issue. The bathroom in our room was a bit on the small side, although the shower was good. The bedding felt nice, but the duvet (I think) was synthetic and a bit too warm even with the AC turned low. I would ask for an alternative next time. Food was good. we asked for a quiet room, but was disturbed a bit by the traffic easy in the morning. Understand it is a busy city!
