The hotel was great, good location. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Lovely modern hotel smart room clean and tidy with great staff near other bars food in the hotel was excellent we are hoping to go back for a two day stay, would recommend this hotel

Grab handle on shower wall as very awkward getting out on to the lower floor. Easy to slip in showers!

Only thing I would have liked was a separate lounge for a drink out with the restaurant. Everything else was spot on.

we had a good time. the hotel was clean and so was the room. the staff were great and the location was really good for exploring Loch lomond.
