Telephone or email bookings only. Guests will be sent a guest intake form once they have booked. This must be completed in advance of the activity taking place. If the form is not completed and signed, the activity cannot take place and your voucher will be forfeited.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Lead rein session: Suitable for ages 4+. Duration approx. 30 m
Estate trek: Suitable for ages 5+. Prior experience is required for children under 8 years. Duration approx. 60 mins.
Estate trek can be upgraded to a beach trek for a supplementary charge of £25pp. Rider must be at an intermediate level. Suitable for ages 14+. Payable directly.
Max of 4 people per group/activity.
Max weight - 22 stone. Horse riding requires a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to mount and dismount a horse safely. If you have any concerns please discuss this with the venue in advance of booking.
Long trousers and adequate clothing for the weather must be worn. Boots, hats and back protectors are provided.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
