Afternoon tea very disappointing.
Massage wonderful, it would have been good to be offered Reflexology.
Spa facilities OK. Showers need upgraded.
Loved all the info on the old school building.

The staff were nice and friendly. The place was clean and facilities were good. The food in the scholars restaurant was great, however I felt that there wasn't much on the menu at lunch but overall very good

Very nice welcome, staff friendly and accommodating. Good gym. Very nice lunch/food (the chicken schnitzel should really have a bit colour or garnish on the plate, a very 'orange' plate of food but still very tasty!), and think coffee's were forgotten about and arrived almost cold - no time to re-order as treatments were booked.
Improvements:- shower/toilet area of changing rooms are very dated and feel they need a deep clean. Hairdryers have very little power, take ages to dry.
Overall, our 2nd time here and loved the day - it's a beautiful hotel and setting. Very chilled. No rushing, treatments were awesome. Definitely be back despite minor negative comments.

Great customer experience, staff so friendly and helpful, from spa reception, to therapists, to restaurant staff. Lovely day spent enjoying some chill time, and a bit of pampering.

All the staff were excellent both in the hotel and leisure facilities. The therapist who gave me two treatments was excellent-one of the nicest massages I’ve had. The leisure facilities were very good with a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Afternoon tea was served in the Scholar’s Restaurant. Very generous helping of fresh sandwiches, sausage roll, lovely warm scones with jam and cream and four small cakes with tea. Lovely afternoon tea. All in all a lovely experience
