Tours run at 10am, 12noon, 1pm & 2pm. Times are subject to change and additional times may be available.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Feb 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Online bookings only.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Suitable for ages all ages. Children under 11 go free. Tasting is only for guests aged 18+.
Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
Sensible footwear must be worn; no open-toed shoes or high heels.
Limited wheelchair access available. Certain parts of the tour are not accessible but wheelchair users can re-join at a later point.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
