Have stayed here a number of times and are always struck by how friendly and welcoming all the staff are. Food is always excellent and the location provides a great beach and so many small villages to visit.

Room was good, small but adequate.
Food was lovely, good portions and very tasty.
Staff were very pleasant and obliging.
Seating by the fire was excellent on a cold, stormy night.
Will definitely be back.

We had a lovely two night stay at Banff Springs Hotel.
The staff were amazing as was the food.
We had a lovely room with a sea view.

From our check in to check out we were made to feel very welcome. Dinner was lovely and room very comfortable. Some redecorating was taking place but didn't affect us at all. A great visit and would strongly recommend.
