We had a lovely one night stay. Our room was very nice but no view , just looked right in to other flats which was a little disappointing . The room itself was great and the bathroom was lovely apart from lack of anywhere to lay
your toiletries. The bathroom products they provided were gorgeous. Fantastic scent. Breakfast was ok but the buffet food was only just warm. Location is great.
Overall it’s a beautiful hotel to stay in and we would return on this deal.

Excellent value for money. Staff welcoming and informative. Lovely room with tea / coffee / biscuits. Toiletries in bathroom. Prosecco was great. Good nights sleep, very quiet. Breakfast included in price which was delicious. Overall a great stay and cheaper than some budget hotels in Edinburgh .

When we arrived, the receptionist upgraded our room as it was a special birthday for my wife, and we got into the room early. Unfortunately when we got to our room the heating wasn't working. As we were booked in for our lunch at a nearby restaurant, we waited until we came back to report it. Around 4.00 pm we reported it, but it took until 7.00 to send someone to look at it. It couldn't be fixed so we're were then moved to another room. We were still charged the £20 supplement for Friday night, even though we had been inconvenienced.
Otherwise a pleasant stay in a very comfortable room, and breakfast was excellent.
