We arrived early and this not a problem even though the restaurant was full downstairs and limited staff.
Shown to a booth on the mezzanine and service was very good (waitress was getting her steps in and she had a sense of humour).
Food good, my only criticism would be the bang bang chicken was cold (intentionally ). My preference would be hot chicken, however the flavour was great.
