Suitable for ages 8+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult; adult does not need to be participating in experience but does require an aquarium ticket.

Please arrive 10mins before booked time to meet the keeper at the enclosure.

All visitors enter enclosures at their own risk; there is a chance you will get bitten.
Full length trousers and closed toed shoes must be worn. Due to the nature of the experience your clothes may get dirty.
Gloves are provided.
Visitors must be able bodied and sturdy on their feet.
Not suitable during pregnancy.
No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
