Voucher is valid from Thu 1 May 2025 until Fri 31 Oct 2025, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Oct 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked, voucher cannot be refunded.
Weather dependent. High winds may result in cancellations; reschedule or full refund will be offered in this case.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted
Suitable for ages 12+. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult for every 2 children min).
Duration 2hrs.
Some experience required. Please note this is an unsupervised activity.
Max of 6 people per group.
Weight limits per board: 10’6 Board - 95kg, 10’8 Board - 110kg, Single Kayak -110kg and Tandem Kayak - 180kg.
Please wear your swimming gear under your clothing for easy changing.
Bring a towel and warm clothes for after the activity. As well as suncream, water and a snack.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
