You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Suitable for ages 5+. Under 18s must have a legal guardian sign their waiver and must have a chaperone over 18 at the workshop.

Candle takes 3 hours to set. After this period, candle can be collected during business hours or shipped to any UK address for a supplementary charge of £6; payable directly.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
