You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Suitable for all ages. Tickets are valid for adults or children. Under 2s have free entry; under 2 tickets including a present from Santa are available directly.
Duration: approx. 1.5hrs for breakfast with Santa. Breakfast finishes at 10.30am followed by a festive animal talk at 11am.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
