Voucher is valid from Tue 17 Dec 2024 until Wed 30 Apr 2025, Tue - Thu 12noon - 9pm and Sat 12noon - 6pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Sun - Mon & Fri, 25-27 Dec 2024 & 1-6 Jan 2025.
Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Apr 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Over 16s only.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Duration: please allow 90 mins in total; 60min floating and 30min shower time.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
Max weight: 130kg.
Please note swimwear is recommended however the salts may fade some costumes.
The venue provides use of towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers and hair straighteners free of charge.
No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
