Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Apr 2025 until Sun 21 Sep 2025, Thu - Mon 9:30am - 3.30pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Tue & Wed.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Online booking only; only 1 voucher can be redeemed at a time.
Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
If using the voucher to purchase tickets, a ticket is required for each person taking part in the trail.
Any additional people or extras can be booked and paid for when booking itison voucher.
Tickets are for anyone over the age of 2. Under 2's are free of charge but will require a free ticket; please purchase directly.
Duration approx 2hrs.
Trail is all outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
The trail is not recommended for buggies or push-chairs due to steps and steep slopes.
Well behaved dogs on-lead are welcome on the trail however dogs are not permitted in Luss Faerie Tale Farm.
No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
