We were shown to our table, the resturant was warm, the staff friendly. I had the puri, followed by the chicken bhubaneswar. My friend had the pakora followed by the vegetajalfrazi. We were both given ice cream for desert. The food was wonder, spiced just right. The puri was really big, could have been a main course. My friend said both her courses were just right. The food in this Indian is first class. You won't regret going.

I often purchase Itison vouchers as you get really good deals. Jahangir voucher wasn’t worth buying as they give you a set menu to choose from and it costs £19.95 per person and is available anytime Sunday to Thursday so it’s pointless buying a voucher. Would go back but wouldn’t use that menu.

Nice surroundings, toilets clean.
Staff very pleasant and service good.
Whilst the food was tasty and enough for us, I suspect most people would think there was a lot more sauce than chicken in the main dishes.
The ice-cream was poor quality.
Drinks bill was not itemised, which I would prefer.
The Itison voucher was not the bargain it was advertised to be.
“£61 slashed to £39 saving 36%”. When I totted up the cost of what we ate on the takeaway menu - restaurant menu not available online- we would have spent £37.35ish, so no great saving, even taking into account restaurants prices are slightly higher.
I would consider going back but having the lunchtime deal, if available, rather than buying another Itison voucher.

The food we had from the deal was fantastic. Freshly made and very generous portion size.
