Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr until Mon 30 Jun 2025, Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm, Sat 9am - 2pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Sundays & 4 - 12 Apr 2025.
Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Please note that bookings should be made by text or WhatsApp as calls wont be answered during treatments.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Under 16s require a signed consent form & must be accompanied by an adult.
No minimum age.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Facials are not suitable for anyone who is undergoing or receiving treatments for skin conditions.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Option 1 duration: approx. 30 mins.
Option 2 approx. 45min; 30min aromatherapy massage & 15min facial.
Option 3 duration: approx. 60 mins.
Option 4 duration: approx. 75min; 60min aromatherapy massage & 15min facial.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
