Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins. Choice of 2 x 30 minute massages or 1 x 60 minute massage. Choose from Swedish massage, Reiki or Indian head massage.
Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins. Choice of 90 min Hot stone or Swedish massage or 60 min hot stone massage plus 30 min reiki.
Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 70mins.
Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins. Wood therapy not recommended if you have open wounds, active infections, severe varicose veins, recent surgery, very sensitive skin, uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, pregnancy or a history of blood clots, as the pressure from the wood tools could potentially worsen these conditions or cause discomfort.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
