Well needed spa break. Lovely staff which were very helpful. Massage & facial were amazing! Girls really listened to what I wanted & I left feeling so relaxed. It’s not bad value for money for what you’re getting. Lovely surrounding area too.
The only downfalls with this is the lunch options. Basically 3 options & that’s it. Only 1 course but I do have to admit it was pretty decent. The other point to note is the fact the place is sooo dated & the pool & surrounding area isn’t up to much, not enough loungers once members are there.

I bought this deal as a Christmas present for my wife and daughter in law. They said the hotel was fantastic as was the room and the food. They said it was the best spa day treatments they have ever had. They also loved the afternoon tea.

The pool facilities are not relaxing as they were very busy. The service at the afternoon tea was shocking. We were served tea and coffee quickly but were finished that by the time the food arrived 55 minutes later. There was no apology for the time taken and no offer of more tea/coffee we had to ask and gaining attention was very difficult. We did not get any cream with the scones and had to ask for butter. There were only 3 tables for afternoon tea including ours and the other tables had cream. Again no offer of an apology just hoped we wouldn’t notice. Pretty poor service considering we had booked weeks in advance. We had to go to the bar to order drinks. At no time were we asked if everything was OK or if we would like anything else. Staff really need training in customer care. I would say the treatments were excellent and the staff there were lovely and very attentive. It’s just a shame everything else let it down. I also think charging £10 per person extra was ridiculous considering how busy the facilities were and not at all enjoyable

Loved my spa day at the Stirling Highland Hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Massage and facial were great. Afternoon tea was delicious, and they did a perfect gluten-free version for my friend.
Pool was a bit busy, but it didn't matter. We had a really relaxing time. Would definitely recommend.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage and Facial were great. Pool, sauna & steam room were good. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working during our time in the pool area. Afternoon Tea was lovely (scones a bit solid but were tasty enough).
Overall, lovely relaxing day.

Therapist and treatments were very good, relaxation area nice. Staff illness meant we had to have our treatments back to back (x3 of us).
Afternoon tea and restaurant area were lovely, however it is quite a walk away and need to go outdoors between areas to reach this.
Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were enjoyable, however the overall atmosphere of the place was not spa like/relaxing and more lively leisure pool. Not enough loungers.
Everywhere in need of modernisation/good clean.
All staff encountered were very friendly.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our experience, we both loved our massages and enjoyed our afternoon tea.
Disappointed in the lack of coffee options for a hotel of that standard including no syrup and cappuccino was served in a tea pot???
