We were looking forward to our afternoon tea but it was a big letdown, the service was very slow when we did get served we received half of what we were supposed to get we had to ask for tea and butter and jam for scones we didn’t receive any cream and only two finger sandwiches each.We were not offered a refill of tea we were just left to get on with it.

Nice restaurant but very busy inside. We had the breakfast brunch for 2 people, and tbh, you don't get a lot for the £29 charge. 4 small slider rolls with bacon, sausage, black pudding, potato scone. 2 small bruscetta, 2 two small yoghurt with granola, 2 small scones with small tub of jam and clotted cream and tea or coffee. Not value for money, it was finished in 10 mins.

Afternoon tea was delicious but when we were shown to our table it hadn't been cleaned properly, we were not offered a glass of prosecco I had to ask for it. We were not offered the tour which was included in the voucher.

great venue-willing to give it another chance-it was very busy and we were overlooked for afternoon tea service
