Disappointed that they don’t give you robe and slippers free of charge.
The staff were helpful and really enjoyed my treatments.

We arrived for a swim in the morning and the changing rooms were clean and spacious. The pool is a decent size and it has 3 jacuzzi's, 2 sauna and 2 steam room so plenty of room despite it being a busy Friday morning. Lunch was lovely. Simple but delicious except the chocolate fudge cake (definitely bought in and not the best). The treatments were lovely. The massage was amazing, shout out to Marianne! I think they was perhaps a lack of consistency between what the massage and facial was like for all 3 of us but it was such a delight to get all our treatments simultaneously. Great value. We'll definitely be back. Thanks team x

The service was really poor in parts. The receptionist really made me feel uncomfortable, wasn't really helpful and it set the tone for the day.
The therapist was wonderful and the girls in the treatment rooms were lovely. The relaxation room wasn't really a relaxation room....just a small waiting area.
The lunch wasn't great, the waitresses were lovely but seemed stressed by the kitchen staff who really took their time with the food.
I wouldn't call it a spa day at all, that's a bit misleading. It's a gym/leisure facility with a few treatment rooms.
I wouldn't buy this again

We had a leiisure and lunch package and used it on Sunday. Although it was quite busy, there was always enough space in the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna/steam room (there were 3 of jacuzzi and steam rooms). The changing areas were also good with the towels provided.
We didn't use the gym, but that was also available as part of the package.
The lunch included soup and a sandwich with a choice of 4 sandwiches but no choice of soup, which was the only low point. The soup of the day was cream of cauliflower and broccoli and was nice.
Once I was back home I wanted to order more vouchers but there were none available. I would definitely recommend it!

Had a lovely day using the spa facilities and lunch. Melissa in the restaurant went above and beyond and was just wonderful. She made the whole experience a very positive one and she is an asset to the hotel. 🤩

I had a really negative experience which was a real shock as last time I was hear it was brilliant.
The restaurant staff were overrun and they were being unkind to one another due to stress. Options on menu were minimal and the food was all cold and we were told this is how it always is. We were made to pay the bill half way through eating so unable to order anything else.
Changing rooms were not very clean. Towels were covered in stains and we were not offered robes. None of the lockers worked so belongings were unsafe and we could not relax. Pool being used for lessons so not relaxing. Other facilities completely full including beds so nowhere to go.
Massage therapist did not know what she was doing. Felt she rubbed same part of one side of back repeatedly for duration. She then pulled the towel off me at start of facial so I was exposed. She was using her phone during my facial. She was not rubbing product off and it was stinging all my face. Clothes used in facial smelled unclean. Treatments should have lasted 50 mins and they were only 35 mins.
My friend who was with me experienced was the same except she enjoyed her facial.

Visited for the first time with a friend and enjoyed the day but not sure if I would return. With the Itison voucher ( £75 each ) we had full use of the gym, swim, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi tubs between 10am and 6pm which was great. The lunch I choose of soup with bread roll and a chicken tikka wrap was delicious and the 2 spa treatments I choose included in the voucher - frangipani facial and neck, back and shoulder massage were excellent. My only issue was the leisure suite reception desk/area.There was nothing special about it at all like you would normally expect at hotel type facilities, infact it was similar to ones at your local council leisure facilities. We came out of the pool, with swim costume and robes on, we had to navigate back through metal barriers and past people coming for gym or swim only in order to get to the spa rooms which are set up really nice and very relaxing. So all in all we did enjoy the day but I feel there are nicer places to spend your hard earned cash on for a spa day.And last but not least the staff were all very pleasant.

Our spa day was fantastic, staff friendly and treatments great. We also got to use the swimming pool which was good before our treatments, and lunch included, served by Jan, who was very friendly.

Treatments were fantastic - Nicols my therapist was very professional explained procedures and listened to me . I would request her next time . My friends therapist Sarah was excellent too . The lunch was adequate but had been cut from 3 to two courses . Soup was very tasty and the wrap was too . A good spa day
