Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr 2025 until Mon 30 Jun 2025, 7 days; subject to availability.
Island experience: Daily departures at 10:15am, 11.15am, 12.30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:45pm, and 4:45pm.
Castle experience: Daily departures at 10:00am, 11.15am, 12.30pm, 2:00pm, 3:15pm, and 4:30pm.
Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Online bookings only. Please note experience must be booked with the Adult ticket type.
Once booked with Loch Lomond Tours, booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to pre-booked start time.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. Children under 5 go free.
One person tickets: Ticket valid for over 16s only. Single tickets for 6-15yrs can be purchased directly upon booking.
Two & four person tickets: Ticket valid for ages 6+.
At least one member of group must be over 18. ID will be required.
Island experience tour: Duration approx. 45 mins. Meeting point: Luss Pier, Luss
Castle experience tour: Duration approx. 60 mins. Meeting point: Loch Lomond Shores, Balloch
This is an outdoor activity; please come suitably dressed.
Max of 12 people per group.
Booking may be rescheduled in extreme weather conditions.
Well-behaved dogs on leads are permitted; lifejackets for pets are not available.
No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
