Nice location, excellent customer service. The leisure facilities are being renovated so no access to the pool etc. which I was made well aware of prior to booking. Also, the treatments were moved from the spa area due to noise from the renovations to the hotel bedrooms which was fine & again I was made aware of this ahead of my appointment. My partner & I were able to have our treatments in the same room at the same time which was nice. Limited choice of treatments on the Itison deal but the head, neck, shoulder & scalp massage we opted for were both really good. It was also good to be able to book on a weekend instead of just through the week. Chose the afternoon tea which was really nice, coffee cups/pot could’ve done with being bigger but this was only a really small criticism. Highly recommend & would definitely go back.

Staff were great but due to the refurb we didn’t expect to have to share the open changing room with men. There were no lockers available to leave our belongings. I would go again once work is completed but not practical at this present time

We enjoyed our spa treatments and afternoon tea. The massage was the best I’ve had and the girls were lovely.

Despite the spa facilities being closed we had a fantastic massage and facial. The afternoon tea was also delicious

One of the best facials I’ve ever had, many thanks to Rebecca. I came away feeling very relaxed and fresh. The light lunch was very tasty and filling. Very enjoyable experience, I would definitely recommend.

Went to Gleddoch on a spa day package. The 30 minute treatment included (arm/scalp massage) was lovely. The lunch was a bit rushed but delicious. Unfortunately, using the spa facilities wasn't great: it was a bank holiday weekend so it was extremely busy, which we should have expected. There was only one attendant working and he was rushed off his feet, meaning even despite his best efforts, the cleanliness of the area just wasn't very good. You could see he was working hard to try and keep on top of it but it was too busy for one person in my opinion. It was so busy that people wouldn't leave certain areas of the spa to make room for others. We didn't get access to the sauna or jacuzzi despite our best efforts. I think on a different day the whole experience would be much better.

There was renovation works being carried out in the spa area which generates some noise which could be heard whilst having a relaxing spa treatment. However the staff compensated for this by providing free entry to spa after April when the works are due to be completed. The soup and sandwich was nice however the drinks were not included in the deal so had to pay for these on top of the voucher. There was no choice of soup only tomato on offer so if you weren't a fan of that you only had your sandwich.

It’d been a long time since I was at Gleddoch and the whole place has been transformed. Yesterday was just perfect. Lovely pool and sauna, perfect dry, cold and sunny day to sit in the spa pool and look at the fantastic view across the river. Treatments for myself and friend were excellent. My facial was lovely and Theresa was simply perfect. Lunch very nice in the restaurant which had panoramic views of the golf course and the surrounding area. My only wish was for it to have been longer 😊.

Lovely day overall. Welcomed by lovely staff at reception who confirmed we were all booked for a massage (note: not a back massage as I had wrongly presumed but lovely all the same). Staff at lunch were all friendly and it was really enjoyable. Spa facilities were clean and very relaxing. My friend and I enjoyed our massage by our lovely therapist who was fantastic. However, when my other friend went for her treatment, she was told firmly she was to get a facial even though this wasn’t what she booked nor requested. She was told that this was the itison deal and despite trying to dispute this, my friend was again firmly told no to a massage. This was really disappointing to find out as my friend suffers from acne and her skin is sensitive at the moment so this was definitely not what she wanted nor booked.
