Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2024 until Mon 30 Sep 2024, 7 days, 9am-5pm; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £10pp applies for Sat - Sun bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or cancer sufferers and those in remission.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Includes 2 x 30 minute treatments; back & neck massage and express facial.
• Consultation and aftercare advice are included in the treatment time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to guarantee that your treatment begins on time and to allow you to update your wellness questionnaire.
• Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins each and cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Afternoon tea is served between 12noon and 3.30pm. Time slot must be selected at time of booking. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Table required back after 2 hours. Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
