• Voucher is valid from Sun 11 Jul 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 13-14 Feb 2022.
• Vouchers must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Option 1: Classic king room available.
• Option 2: Executive king room available.
• Twin rooms are available upon request with limited availability; please discuss directly.
• Option 2: Includes executive lounge access; details can be found here. Advance booking is required for a 1hr 45min time slot between 5pm-10.30pm; please discuss directly with hotel. Max of 4 people per table; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner can be added on directly with the hotel to include a 3 course dinner from the market menu in Windows Restaurant for a supplementary charge of £22.95 per person. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Parking is available off site at £12.50 for 24 hours; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
