• Voucher is valid from Thu 13 Feb until Thu 29 May 2025, Mon - Wed 10am - 7pm, Thu 10am - 8pm, Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Fri-Sat.
• Lunch is served 12noon - 3pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 8 May 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 1 voucher can be used per visit.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Treatments can be tailored for expectant mothers who are past their first trimester of pregnancy.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option to upgrade treatment to a full body massage or to ishga facial at time of booking for a £30pp supp; payable direct.
• Duration for treatment approx. 25 mins.
• Includes access to the facilities for up to 30 mins before or after your treatments. An upgrade to 60 mins is available for a supplementary charge of £5pp; payable directly.
• Includes a 2 course lunch each at Chop Grill Bar located within the hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
