- Participants must be fit to skate.
- Over 3's only. Under 12's must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children are classed as ages 3-11yr. Ages 12+ are classed as adults.
- Wheelchair access available.
- You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

I wouldn’t say it’s a grotto it’s more of a room with the little seat, however Santa and the elf’s were great! My kids loved it and hopefully next year we can go again and the room will not need to be cancelled. I do think Santa grotto / room stay should be provided as a package next year to prevent people having to cancel.
