• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Mar 2017 until Fri 30 Jun 2017, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 30 Mar, 18, 19 May and 7, 8, 22 June 2017.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Friday night stays and must begin on a Thursday if taking advantage of Friday night availability; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 May 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; maximum of 2 vouchers for a 4 night stay.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double and twin standard rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature room £20, VIQ £45 or suite unique £185; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of red wine in room on arrival; please contact hotel reception to exchange for white wine if preferred.
• Includes a dinner allowance of £28 per person towards Duke’s Grill, Hadrian’s Brasserie or The Claret Jug; subject to availability.

• Includes full English breakfast both mornings.

• Max of 2 children are permitted in a family room; ages under 4 free breakfast, ages 5-12 are £5 per child B&B and ages 13 – 16 are £7.50 per child B&B; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted in standard rooms only at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per night; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel. Please note room upgrades are not available if bringing a dog.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
