• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Nov 2024 until Sun 30 Mar 2025, 7 days at 11am & 4:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 25-26 Dec 2024 and 1 Jan 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Suitable for ages 8+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult; adult does not need to be participating in experience but does require an aquarium ticket.
• Duration approx. 30mins.
• Please arrive 10mins before booked time to meet the keeper at the enclosure.
• Max of 2 people per experience.
• All visitors enter enclosures at their own risk; there is a chance you will get bitten.
• Full length trousers and closed toed shoes must be worn. Due to the nature of the experience your clothes may get dirty.
• Gloves are provided.
• Visitors must be able bodied and sturdy on their feet.
• Not suitable during pregnancy.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
