- Participants must be fit to skate.
- Over 3's only. Under 12's must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children are classed as ages 3-11yr. Ages 12+ are classed as adults.
- Wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Great fun skating on boxing day 12-12:45. Wasn't busy so plenty room. Excellent penguin supports for those little and big grownup kids needing wee support ! Good music!

We've been here for first time and just discovered this place for us! It's huge rich estate with many entertainments for adults and children, everything in one place, great beautiful park, ice-skating, deers, Festive trail for children, Pantomime, Spa, shop, swimming pool and another entertainments. It was amazing!
Bought tickets on Itison.com for Festive train and Pantomime. Pantomime was too loud and scary for kids from 3-5. It would be better to do something kind and beautiful. Праздничный паровозик произвёл неизгладимое впечатление на малыша,это было очень короткое путешествие с показом красивых зимних пейзажей на большом экране. Всего 10 минут, но хотелось чтобы это продлиться немного больше. Зато большой сад с иллюминациями перед паровозик был очень праздничным и ярким, и ещё мы получили горячий шоколад впоследствии на эти же билеты.
Спасибо большое организаторам! Получили реальное удовольствие!
