• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr until Thu 31 Jul 2025, 7 days, 12:30pm - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 22 Jul 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 3: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Option 4: Includes a bottle of Champagne to share. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Served in the Snug or on the rooftop subject to weather and availability.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
