Friendly helpful staff and lovely comfortable room.

On arrival the staff were friendly and smiley and explained how the voucher worked. Every member of staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. Only reason I wouldn't go back is because of the distance from the centre.

Hotel exceeded expectations, room was perfect clean, tidy and quiet.
Bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch.
There was a wide variety of breakfast options from fresh fruit, pastries, freshly cooked bread and Cooked breakfast .
Perfect location to catch tram into the centre.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
