• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr until Sat 31 May 2025, 7 days 11am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Please note that treatments will be carried out within a hotel bedroom, that has been turned into a temporary treatment room. Leisure access not included; please note leisure facilities are currently closed. Gym access is available. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 May 2025 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Options 1 & 2: Max of two vouchers per booking.
• Option 3: Max of one voucher per booking.
• Includes choice of 2 treatments from back massage, shoulder and scalp massage, foot treatment or file & polish. Duration: approx 30 mins per treatment inc consultation time.
• Includes a soup and sandwich from the spa menu OR afternoon tea; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. No vegan, gluten or wheat free options available.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Over 16s only. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment cannot be substituted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
