A family treat from Christmas via Itison, wasn’t sure what to expect as it was a deal, however we have no complaints. Hotel spacious from cosy spaces to bigger areas, to relax. Our rooms were clean and well presented, although a bit on dark side which could be due to time of year and weather. Our son and his 6yr daughter had the ‘family’ room opposite snooker room and it was much smaller than our double room, a bit disappointing, no full length mirror just a small one and one or two other niggles that I can’t remember just now.
We are hoping to go back with the family again as Hotel only 40 minutes from our house, so handy for a break without travelling far.
Staff excellent, polite, friendly, helpful, food delicious, cocktails wonderful, great bar with a nice atmosphere.
