• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Apr 2024 until Sun 30 Jun 2024, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2024 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: Includes a 30 min treatment and £10 lunch allocation. Leisure access and robes and towel can be added for a supplement of £15pp; payable directly.
• Option 2: Includes 2 x 30 min treatments each, leisure access, £10pp lunch allocation, overnight stay, dinner and breakfast. A supplementary charge of £60prpn is required for Friday & Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Treatments:
• Treatments are available 10am - 6pm.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Over 16s only.
• Treatment cannot be substituted.
• Please bring flip flops to wear around the pool.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Wheelchair access is not available in the spa.
• Lunch: 
• Spa menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. No vegan, gluten or wheat free options available.
• Overnight stay: 
• Classic double room available.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from the market menu. Options marked * are included. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Use of the leisure facilities are available from 3pm on day of check-in - 11am on day of check-out; pre-booking is required. A supplementary charge of £10pppd will be required for use out with these times.
• Max of 2 children aged 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night. Includes a z-bed to sleep on and breakfast.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair accessible rooms are available.
• General:
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
