• Voucher is valid until Tue 30 Apr 2024; subject to availability.
• Morning tea: Valid Mon - Fri 10am, 11.15am and Sat - Sun 9.30am, 10am & 11.15am.
• Afternoon tea: Valid Sun - Fri 12noon, 1.45pm, 3.30pm and Sat 12noon.
• Excludes 9-10 & 31 Mar 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 23 Apr 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 per person.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table. Maximum of 8 people per group.
• Option 1: Morning tea menu only; subject to change. Includes a glass of orange juice on arrival.
• Options 2 & 3: Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• All options include unlimited hot drinks.
• Option 3: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink
• Please note a 35p charge will apply for takeaway boxes.
• Table required back by 1hr 30mins.
• No wheelchair access available.

• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
