Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Wed 30 Nov 2022, 7 days at 10am, 10.45am, 3.30pm and 4.15pm only; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 5+. Must be able to get in and out of a high-sided vehicle without assistance. If a car seat is required you must bring one with you, that is able to be secured by seat belt.
• Duration approx. 30mins.
• Max of 6 people per vehicle (inclusive of children). Min 4 people per vehicle.
• Please discuss any health concerns at time of booking.
• Meeting point: Action Glen Activity reception, Crieff Hydro Hotel, Knock Rd, Crieff PH7 3LQ.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
