• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr until Mon 30 Jun 2025, Tue - Fri 5pm - 8pm, Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Please note that it is advisable that women do not undergo lymphatic drainage while menstruating.
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins. Choice of 2 x 30 minute massages or 1 x 60 minute massage. Choose from Swedish massage, Reiki or Indian head massage.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins. Choice of 90 min Hot stone or Swedish massage or 60 min hot stone massage plus 30 min reiki.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 70mins.
• Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins. Wood therapy not recommended if you have open wounds, active infections, severe varicose veins, recent surgery, very sensitive skin, uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, pregnancy or a history of blood clots, as the pressure from the wood tools could potentially worsen these conditions or cause discomfort.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
