The staff at reception were lovely. Nice glass if bubbles on arrival which we had forgotten about so that was lovely. Our twin room was a good size,bathrooms good size,beds were extremely comfy Definitely recommend hotel. Hotels location was perfect for Royal Concert Hall.

Brilliant hotel...lovely decor..beautiful clean fresh contemporary well appointed rooms..very comfortable beds..great facilities..staff were brilliant..professional,friendly,helpful and accomodating..breakfast very tasty too..will be booking again.I have stayed in several city centre hotels..one in particular was allegedly premium which cost 3 times more than the Address...but..this " premium" hotel was disgracefully dirty..would never go there again even if was free...The Address however..was amazing by comparison..I'll definitely be going back
