Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Aug 2024 until Sun 10 Nov 2024, Thu 12noon - 8:30pm, Fri 12noon - 4pm, Sat 12noon - 3pm, Sun 12noon - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Wed.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Half or full fish tea plus bread and butter each; menu subject to change.
• Fish can be swapped for Cajun chicken fillets on request.
• Afternoon tea only, Set menu, etc 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Includes a pot of tea or coffee each.
• Wheelchair access available.. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
